No process.. False promises on job description and perks. They say 40 days of leaves... but never mentioned it was calender days not weekdays... for eg if you take leave on friday and monday first half.... you will be deducted 3.5 days of leaves including sat and sunday. You are not paid overtime neither given work from home or comp off... rather if you complete 8hrs 59 min of your time instead of 9 hrs.. they deduct your half days salary.... Employees are made fools each day .. and this starts very first day from the interview !!
