HomeAway contacted me by email once I had submitted my resume. In my case, I was a referral, and I was literally contacted within an hour or 2 of him referring me. The recruiting team was very professional and set me up with an initial screen to go over the position I was interested in. They helped me figure out that I was actually a better fit for another opening and got me scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager. The phone interview with the hiring manager was very informative and I was able to get a deeper understanding of the team and the need for the position. The hiring manager then set me up with face-to-face interviews with himself and 3 other people. The interviews themselves went well (45 minutes each) and I was given a tour of the Domain office after the final interview. Overall it was a straightforward process and I felt valued as a candidate.
