Entrevista
An initial "background-check" phone interview was followed by a test.
Despite being informed that I had passed the test, plus the positive interest of the manager to interview me, the HR employee managing the recruitment suddenly cut communication: emails not replied to, the person wouldn't pick up the phone, nor even replied to the voice messages that I left.
By far the worse recruitment experience that I ever been through - as not even the briefest explanation was provided, whatsoever.

Entrevista
First a phone interview, 30 - 45 minutes. Then a videoconference (1 hour) but mine went to close 2. Later a face to face interview in headquarters. 1 hour with HR and hiring manager. 30 minute break. Later a 120 minute, three questions test. After that, 30 minute question and response discussion with hiring team and later discharge. Total time: 4 hours face to face.

Entrevista
Really unprepared HR. They did not even look at my CV before the interview. And they were asking the very typical questions then. And when I asked them if they looked at my CV, they got super defensive.
