The interview process was extremely long. There were 4 different interviews with 6 different people. Everyone was great except for one of the younger interviewers. She took over the interview and didn’t let her coworker speak. She was very conceited and definitely turned me off to the company.

Entrevista
The company, it's people, and values are all very appealing to an outsider it seems like a great place to work, but the hiring/interview process is broken.
The company is less than 100 employees. At the end of the hiring/interview process I'd interviewed for 30 minutes to 1 hour with 25% of the entire organization. This was on top of several online personality assessments and a 1 hour in person assessment with a psychologist. At the end of all of this I was ultimately not given an offer. This is perfectly fine as I am entitled to nothing.
However, this process requires time away from home and time off work to accommodate. At the end of the day I feel my time was wasted. Not because I wasn't made an offer, but because the process was so long and grueling. I feel like they were not as respectful of my time as I was of theirs.
Everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and the company values were in full display in every conversation. However, the interview/hiring process did not align with the values presented.
