It was a Skype round.the process took almost one month. They will have a call and schedule the interview. I have completed two rounds of interview, one from India and other from Japan. Next come to HR, they will ask the package and if we say our expectations then they will ask for 10% or 20% hike. Simply wasting people's time. They should have ask before taking the interview. Too worst interview process I ever see. Better ignore this.
