The interview process is quite simple. You go into the office and submit your resume to HR, or apply online from the VUTEQ website. Once called for the interview, you will come into the office and someone will meet you. You will mostly be asked questions about yourself: name, where you're from, if you're okay working certain shifts, standing a certain amount of hours, and being a good team player. Next, you will be shown a slideshow on assembling a car door, and someone will walk through the process with you a few times. Then you will do it yourself and be timed to see how long it takes you and how effective you are. Then you will get a physical exercise test where you have to move balls of different sizes from close locations from each other, at quick speeds for a few minutes. After these are done, you will be taken to a room to discuss with the interviewer on whether you were hired or not.
