Once you submit your application, HR responds quickly. Interview was 30 minutes late.. Hiring manager didn't care too much about the person being interviewed. Appears that hiring manager is only interested in getting someone cheap. Unsure whether the hiring manager knows what he/she is looking for in a candidate. Advices to HR: when interview is running late, please let the candidate know.
