friendly atmosphere, 2 interviewers, around 30 minutes, after this, the manager asked me if I was confident to say hello to her manager, I said yes, but this decision was not good, because I did much worse than talking with her. ask some normal questions, introduce yourself, and explain why you selected this role. Give an example of good customer service from you, and give an example of customer service that really touched you........

1st interview in person (about 20 min), then 2 interview in 1 day after 1 week (15 min each). Interviewers were nice and very laid back. Better bring all your resume's and recommendations with you.
