Odd process. No behavioral/HR interview where it gives the candidate more time to ask about the company; just straight to a technical panel interview.
Asked a ton of questions about resume projects (you get to choose 2 to talk about). To be honest it seemed like they were intent on trying to find shortcomings with what I did during my internship, or at least grill me about every detail. What’s odd is that they asked very specific tech questions about the field, which I answered, but they seemed dissatisfied with my answer for one of these questions so I assumed I answered incorrectly. I looked up that exact question after the interview and turned out I answered correctly… so not sure what they were looking for. “Guess what I’m thinking” I suppose? Still not sure to this day.
Not difficult overall though.
