I totally had one telephone interview (15 mins), two rounds panel interview, one coffee meeting (1:1) with local team, including sales, marketing, business head, local team head, three rounds telephone interview with global team, including global divison leader, sales leader, platform leader,etc. The whole interview process took more than 3 months from submitting my CV. The most weird thing was that they told me that they had an internal management trainee for this position finally, after so many rounds interview.
