Talked to a college fair recruiter and then within a week scheduled the first interview. The interview was 45 minute virtual meeting with two associates. First asked background questions to confirm info. Then asked behavioral based questions which had follow up questions such as describe a time you failed and then what would you do differently. Interviewer would ask the follow up questions based on my response to the previous question if applicable to understand my thought process. At end of the interview, I did not get a timeline when to expect a response. Received the rejection email 2 months later.

Applied through school career services website and visited them when they came to campus for an information session. I talked to them and gave them my resume at a career fair. A couple weeks later I was asked to come in for an interview. Very easy questions about me and what I knew about Fore.
