I went to the job fair they hosted. I guess they do it every week but I only went htis one time. I coukd not work there beacuse I did not get my high school diploma or GED Overall, was a 3 step process, I did not get an offer.

Phone call to me, discussed prior employment experience, shift work availability, and pay. One person sat me down and discussed when I could be available for work, and then I was taken to the production floor, specifically to quality assurance and I took a written welding test, and then a physical welding test where I welded about 6 plates together at varying angles (1G-6G).
