I interviewed with the CEO and his assistant. The whole time I was there, my intuition was telling me something wasn't right. They kept boasting about the company but would always skip around basic questions I asked. They asked me to come back for a second interview and I asked those same questions multiple times to finally get an answer (I.e. What does Wadix sell/market? What is the pay structure?). The various entry level job postings for Wadix are all the same: sketchy door-to-door sales without benefits or hourly wage/salary. It is purely commission based and the hours are 10:00am-7:30pm Monday thru Saturday. They said i can anticipate on making $500-800/week. So that works out to be ~$9-14/hour pre-tax without any benefits...yikes.
I later found out from a friend of an employee that I shouldn't expect to be paid for up to three weeks after I start. The "CEO" had four other employees living in his two-bedroom apartment who were all struggling. And they set up a stand at the 99 Cent Store to sell cell phone plans. Honestly, if you are looking for a reliable source of income, run away from this company. If you are looking for a marketing position, you won't find one here. You can get entry level experience elsewhere. Please, do yourself a favor and do not fall for this scam of a company.

Nothing but BS questions design to back you down so you look bad and want the job that is offered. The company is looking to hire "potential" business owner to promote, however at the end of the day it is a sales job like selling cars. Not a marketing firm as advertise.

I applied to Wadix on May 22 got a call on May 24 by a young lady. She asked me a couple of questions to further qualify me for an interview. She seemed very enthusiastic about her job as she was qualifying me for an interview (made me want the job more). After wards I got invited for an interview for Friday May 26. Was asked to bring a hard copy of my resume and of course to make sure I came dressed business casual/professional. Upon arrival everyone was suited up, (kinda felt underdressed, but it was ok), they were all so nice to me, never have I felt so welcomed anywhere before! Had a 1 on 1 interview with the CEO (Michael aka MIKE). Lasted about 20 min, super nice guy. I was invited for a second round on Tuesday! Hope I get the job.
