I was called for the interview on Thursday afternoon, so I had to take a leave from my work. After reaching there I was asked for my resume by the guy at reception and given a form to fill. He gave it to HR and asked me to wait. After a long wait for 1 hour my interview was taken by a marketing person. It lasted for not more than 7-8 minutes in which he asked very basic questions to which I gave all correct answers. And then after asking about my CTC he asked he to wait and that the HR will meet me. After few minutes the guy at reception said the HR has asked me to leave and that she will call me. None of the HR showed there face to me in the whole process. Very unprofessional HR and very bad interview experience.
