HR initially asked for my availability for a phone interview, and I responded the same day. I didn’t hear back for a week. Then I was asked again for availability for the next day at the end of the day 6PM. I replied immediately and also gave additional availability the following week just in case. After that, I received no response yet angain and was later rejected without ever interviewing. I ended up accepting another offer during this time anyway so it’s okay but overall the process felt disorganized and lacked basic communication.

I observed that the recruitment process is facilitated through the utilization of the Smart Recruiters platform. Subsequently, the recruiter assessed my credentials and deemed my profile noteworthy. Subsequent to this evaluation, they coordinated a telephonic interaction with the technical team. This scheduled discussion is anticipated to span an hour, dedicated to deliberating upon technical aspects. The focal points of this discourse encompass an assessment of my proficiency in C++ programming, adeptness in memory management, and, contingent upon the role's prerequisites, a potential exploration of my knowledge pertaining to Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS). Furthermore, I was informed that the interview will encompass an in-depth exploration of the technical projects elucidated within my resume. This line of inquiry seeks to elucidate the nuances of my contributions, the predicaments encountered, and the strategies devised to surmount them.
