Initial contact by talent recruiting firm with several rounds of discussion on current and potential roles, reasons why i would want to leave my current position, and understanding my career goals. Quite impressive attention to detail to my wants and needs, instead of focusing on WDs needs. Once satisfied there is a career and cultural match, they proceeded to setup informal meetings with the executive team at WD. Following that, there was half a day of interviews with various stakeholders and an offer about a week later. Very fast process overall. Very harmonious and open discussions with everyone - no challenges or attacks at all.

3 interviews and very straight forward. Be prepared to answer technical or leadership type questions. Each interview process was filtered with different people. It seemed like it went from HR / recruiters to team leads and then shifting to VPs

What is one challenge that you’ve had and I’m a detailed way, explain how you overcame it.
Approached by staffing members. After initial interview + 2 Rounds of interview. Very Friendly staff and team members. The whole process took about 2-3 weeks and HR staff provides updates on a timely fashion. Overall experience was very good.

Entrevista
It was a one day interview with 8 people including lunch and dinner. Very high pressure and all wanted to know if you were Superman and why. In the end, all input goes to the hiring VP. You can be blackballed by one of the interviewers but the hiring VP can over-rule for the final decision.
