Upon arrival, HR representative asked me to fill up 3 page questionnaire. Most of the questions were to describe previous work experience, achievements made throughout my career, personal and family information. The next process was initial screening through interview with the HR representative and then was advised to go home after the interview. I was advised that I could receive a call from them for the next set of interview if I passed the initial screening.
