No real interview process just had to talk with the News Director. He at times would go off into a story of something else not related to the topic of the interview question he had. It felt more like a regualr conversation than an actual interview,

Did not have one, mainly a 5 minute conversation with the boss about my goals in life. Talked about who I was as a person. Hired me on the spot.
