Standard behavioral type STAR questions. They asked about explaining technical subjects to a non-technical audience, using innovative thinking to help achieve strategic goals, applying analytics to generate business insights, examples of a project that demonstrated technical skill in data manipulation, and connecting a business need to an effective solution.

First round was a 30 minute interview with an analyst and director. Then there was a quick technical which was a 15 minute writing exercise. Final round was 2 interviews with the 4 MDs. They asked typical standard behavioral questions and then got into more technical to see your capability.
