They schedule a Phone interview with you to be done first to get to know you and your skills better with the things you've put on your cv and if it goes well with the position. Then they schedule an in person interview to hear about your skills.

Overall a great experience. They were. prepared with the questions they wanted to ask. The whole interview lasted for 45 mins. Just one round and then followed by an online assessment once shortlisted.

- Examples of difficult situations with customers and how I dealt with it.

Entrevista
The interview process was simple and the questions asked were tricky. The interview was more of a conversation between strangers rather than a strict interview. However, I did not get the job since they had revoked the position due to internal issues.
