Its a 3 step process. I have never ever been interviewed like it. They give you brain teasers for the first interview with basic questions. If you make it past the first one, you come for another, this time, its infant of 2-3 people. If you make it past that one, the owner comes and gives you the spiel... direct and to the point. I liked it, I can see how many will not, but I appreciate his honesty. Not for everyone, those who do not like bs will like it here. Those who want to be coddled won't.....
