The recruiter phone screen was to the point, where I was asked about my background, what I was looking for in a new company and salary requirements. Fast forward to the video interview, the first round was a panel with three senior QA members. 1/3 of the interview is behavioral questions. A majority of the interview is technical questions regarding QA and SQL knowledge. The interviewers were friendly.
