Entrevista
The first step is a screener with their HR rep. If you make it past that, you will go on to the hiring manager and in my case, someone from a team that work with. However, be aware that this company ghost you. I reached out to HR with nothing and the hiring manager and heard nothing. Really sad that they choose to represent the company this way.

Entrevista
The first interview came off as very casual, very basic questions and why you want to work at WFYI. A big question was what you brought to the table and how you can help WFYI in building them out of their current brand.

Entrevista
Started out as a phone call to their VP while I was finishing colege. From there, I arranged a face to face interview with their Manager for the TV Department.
