I met with the SVP of Education and the CEO. Both were very open and warm in the interview. The interview covered a lot of substantive information in a conversational and non-intimidating way. They don't seem to have clear direction on this position as it is a new position and they have put off hiring it for 8+ months. In terms of the interview, it was friendly and easy, but be prepared to talk about your work history and accomplishments in a conversational manner. In terms of actually obtaining a position, I would proceed with caution and not get your hopes up b/c they have a tendency not to get back to you and even if you do, they might decide to not hire anyone for the position after the interview.
