Got a text from the area manager inviting me for an interview. Went in and had a 5 minute interview where he asked about my availability and previous experience. If I prefer customer service or back of house duties.

Applied online and received a message to participate in an in-store interview. It was a very rapid in-store interview on bourke street. 10 minutes in and out. Was very chilled and relaxed, nothing to be stressed about.

What is your availability? Why do you want to work for WS? What was it like working at your previous job?
The interview process was very short only lasting less than 10 minutes. They asked briefly about your previous work history and bam it was done. I accepted but moved a few months as it was a bit of a catty work environment.
