" for reference, English is not my native language and I applied for middle positions with a salary of 40-45k, if in your opinion such an interview for this position is adequate, then ok. If you want tech. interview at the first meeting - not a problem, say about it and provide info about your company and tasks - on 1st meeting, i wanted to know about work tasks/process and prepared 10 questions (of course time for my 10 questions he can't find) and instead of 30m he spent 5m for interview. If the managing director is unable to adhere to the rules that HE HAS SET and cannot hear people, this is not my problem.
