Applied online on LinkedIn and received a call from hiring manager. Was given a tour of the warehouse, they told me to call them the following week to get an exact compensation range of the position, then was completely ghosted. Tried to get in touch with them for several days and never heard back. Company seems extremely unorganized.

Entrevista
A few interviews over the phone and one in person with a tour of the facility. Sent thank you letter via email and was told I would here back. I reached out to two different people in the organization to have them let me know of I got the position or if I did not and I never heard a word (I was completely ghosted). I still have not heard back from them. I would steer clear of this company as it appears they do not have the right people in place to be successful. Very poor communication. They lost out on a good candidate.
