The interview process is made up of 2-3 behavioral interviews. The entire process is human-led with clear communication throughout. The interviewers will ask questions about your background, career and education experience, interests, and why you want to work in the entertainment industry.

Why do you want to work in the entertainment industry?
Very long process, at least for me. Started with an initial screening, then a first round with HR, then a second round with a manager. Took a while for them to get back to me.
Interview process was smooth. make sure to focus on experience around live events. Talk about music and community and how you are a part of that. show that you're passionate about music and culture
Very easy interview process for a role this competitive. 15-minute pre-screening interview, 45-minute interview with supervisor. Both interviews seemed to be a test of my conversation skills if nothing else.
