The interview process for the mailroom was a 2 step interview with HR. It has now since changed. First round of interviewer was a screener/vibe check. Second round was my role specific.

I applied directly through the company website. I applied on a Wednesday and the following Monday I received an email to schedule a phone interview. I scheduled the phone interview for that Thursday. The interviewer brought up salary pretty soon in the conversation. That is where we decided an assistant position might not be a good fit.
