Salary negotiation is key as the annual appraisals are pretty bad.

Interview Process was smooth. I was lucky at that time that I had only 1 round of interview. However, if you apply now, there are couple of Interview rounds which you need to clear. WNS is a BPM company which works in Waterfall and Agile both.
