Issues they may ask may be: Tell us about a time when you had a problem with an employee that required discipline, how did you handle it. Tell us about a time when you had a work flow problem and how you overcame it. The culture was evolving as well, it was a male dominated culture and was not conducive to those who did not drink. Attitudes and people were becoming more professional on an ongoing basis.
