The interview process was a bit long (5 rounds) but the position is new and they were still working through the reporting structure, so it was understandable, Everyone I spoke to could not have been more kind and welcoming. Culture is a very big deal so the interviews feel more conversational than back and forth Q&A. I did not have a take home assignment, but some roles do have them.

How do you resolve an issue if someone is causing a road block.
