I received an email from Y&R's MD requesting an interview for a position in Bahrain and one in Saudi. This was followed up by phone calls and then a one on one interview which lasted approximately one hour. After the interview I met some of the staff, who I also knew. Everything seemed extremely positive throughout the interview as well as the later discussions with staff. The agency seemed cohesive and well run, the staff looked very positive and happy despite the current recession.
