The interview process started just fine. i was contacted by an outsourcing recruiter and the JD was great for me. The tech interview went just fine, I have answered almost all the questions but I had a slightly impression that the interviewer was simply bored, but I just thought it is my wrong impression. Weeks past by and I didn’t get any piece of feedback even though they promissed I will get , not depending if it’s positive or negative. After 3 weeks of waiting, I have contacted the recruiter and turns out they did not even give her an answer. She was not aware at all of any feedback for me, and more than that she couldn’t find my application on their platform. Turns out I was rejected but they did not even announce their recruitment contact.
