I applied online by sending my information to a producer with WSLS 10. The process was fairly informal as they truly want interns who have a desire to gain experience in broadcast news.

Person who interviewed me let me know what I would be getting into and how I can assist the station. She said they are really big on bringing interns up to eventual full time employees if we work hard and absorb everything like a sponge. That's what I did.
