I had a interview recently with the head of digital and it was a dissapointing experience. I have had numerous interviews over the years but this was poor as it gets. The WSP employee did not introduce herself or give a brief outline of the role. Then i presented what my experience was and how it best fits with the role. This took me the weekend to prepare and just was no real respect from the first minute. Interview was scheduled for an hour and 30mins, she had no more questions after 25 mins. I had to fill the gap for the next 30mins by asking questions. Surely when you book a hour + interview, you have a list of prepared questions for that schedule of time. Just was a very unprofessional interview and as it was over teams, I can tell she was reading through her emails with no real respect for me the candidate. I knew as soon as the interview was complete, i had no desire to return for another interview. I respect WSP as a great company but felt dissapointed with the experience.
