I knew an employee of the firm and was told to apply online. Was contacted for an in person interview shortly thereafter and then went in for a 1 on 1 interview with HR. Was offered the job after several months delay and then had a brief salary negotiation. All around very low stress, since I knew someone who worked there and was applying for an entry level job I had no worries about getting an offer.

The interview process is rudimentary lending more toward capabilities than psychoanalysis. My interview was short but efficient with no real stress involved. The interviewer was friendly and had been a part of the organization for very long time.
