Friendly back and forth including questions of past achievements and engineering process with the hiring manager and a junior staff member over an online video call lasting about 60 mins.

It emphasized practical application of standards, leadership in complex projects, and ability to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions at a senior level.
