The final step is the Final Screening, conducted by the hiring manager or a senior team member, focusing on technical skills, domain expertise, and overall fit for the role.

It was an online-based interview for less than 15 minutes. The process was very fast and smooth from applying to the job to the interview. It was a bit different from the formal interviews.
