Had a discovery call with the recruiter fairly quickly. Then they emailed me asking to schedule another call the following week. That phone call lasted 1 minute, as they started off the conversation asking me about the weather, and then told me they will not continue pursuing me as a candidate. Then they promptly hung up the phone. The recruiter was not personable, and so much of the conversation felt scripted, like things they were required to say/check off a list. I had prepared for the interview thinking it was next steps, when the entire conversation could have been an email. Not sure why they felt the need to schedule me a week in advance. Definitely an odd experience.
