First I got interviewed by HR > next with lead and the team you will be working with > Your manager and director and then Job Offer. The process is smooth and doesn't takes 1 week for me
Framework Architecture: Be prepared to explain how you’ve designed or improved an automation framework. They often look for experience with C#/.NET or Java.API & UI Testing: Questions on handling dynamic elements, flakiness, and synchronizing tests. For API, expect questions on RESTful services and tools like Postman or RestAssured.The "SDET Mindset": You will be asked how to decide what not to automate, how to handle flaky dependencies, and how you integrate tests into a CI/CD pipeline (Azure DevOps is commonly used at WTW).
It comprises of four interviews -
HR screening - The HR will contact you thru phone and will ask technical questions regarding basic coding.
Initial interview - This is a technical interview where you need to showcase your automation testing skills
Manager interview - Mix of technical and behavioral questions
Final interview - Purely behavioral questions
