QUick and easy hiring process. Job fairs are offers on spot. Anyone could work for this company. We deal with health and medicare participants. Job is seasonal October-January. Some become permanent but if not you may want to look for a job in January. There are no benefits being offered and they have adherence points.

2 interviews. One with HR Rep and 2nd with a hiring manager. Overall great experience. Several situational questions. Process was fairly quick. Both people I interviewed with were really helpful, friendly, and easy to interview with.
Only three interviews all together. It was clear why I wasn’t selected but seems like a decent company that still allows WFH. I met with someone over the phone then transitioned to zoom interviews. Meeting with two people at a time from the team.

Applied online and was shortlisted.
Followed up by a telephone interview. The process was very smooth and didn’t take long for them to get back.

So I accepted another offer.
