The interview process is smooth. HR and staff are nice. HR interview then Manager interview. They will give you a brief introduction to the company. Be prepared to answer challenging questions.

the process was straightforward and easy. the recruiters were knowledgeable. my issues however: they posted the job and took weeks to respond, initially making me think if they really even needed to fill the role. the process was long. when I didn't get the job, they didn't tell me. I'm not even sure if the role was ever filled. I followed up a few times to check if the role was filled and think maybe I got a response back once.

I don't remember when I was asked. I thought the hiring manager was professional and knowledgeable. This is however a company that seems to move very slow and lacks communication (at least based on my experience) which are deal breakers for me.

Entrevista
Phone call with recruiter for one hour, phone call with team for about an hour, second phone call with team for another hour, assignment that takes 1-2 hours.
After all that, I was ghosted by the recruiter and never heard back. It's understandable to not get a job offer, but you expect a company like WTW who talks about how highly they value people to at least let a candidate know they're not getting the job. Especially after 6ish hours interviewing and working on an assignment.
