It is a on campus interview. I applied from school website. I got a email after one week. The interview is on the next day. Two employers from the company interviewed me. Basically, they went over stuffs on my resume.
CV walk through with few of their colleagues + group case study of pitching a pension plan + quiz on some basic knowhows on finance/investments/macro economics. Pretty chill overall, people are super friendly and not harsh.
Challenging, but fair. I met with different members of the team and had about 15 minute conversations. They asked about my background, experience, and ability to work with others. I found it to be engaging and was not surprised by any particular question.
