I had 1 initial phone call with HR, then 1 in person interview, then 1 phone call with 2 managers, then a phone call with another senior leader, then 1 full day meeting with 8 different people, then 1 phone call with 2 more consultants. After all of that I was offered a position.

Interview lasted for an hour. Personnel whom I interviewed with was really amicable and described the job responsibilities in detail. Questions were not too hard considering the role and responsibilities.

Slow and ghosting. Took 3 weeks for the recruiter to get back to me after the initial screening interview. He emailed me to say to expect two panel interviews, but crickets. I’ve moved on.

It was one of the hardest interview I have seen so far. They are really pushing, even though it is a competency-based interview, they really ask me to the bottom of everything, even though I think I gave good answers.
