I was given a Programming problem and expected to submit its solution later in stap 2 had 1:1 discustion with team leads in their office. They hadn't checked my solution before the interview. Even then they are interested in throwing all sorts of programming questions on you. Environment was intimidating & Non-friendly. I wish i had left the interview to record my anger.
A conversational phone screening lasting about 40 minutes.
There is a decent amount of legacy code and legacy systems.
Process is mostly traditional waterfall.
Some large teams: 15 people => 105 lines of communication

Entrevista
At the time, the process was relatively simple. Knowledge of basic Object Oriented principles, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server design. They are not a framework shop and you really only need to know how to code on all tiers of an n-tiered architecture. JQuery, Telerik controls, JavaScript, XML. They may have you complete a short written quiz on the technologies, but nothing a senior developer wouldn't be able to ace. Sharepoint experience would be a plus.
