Overall the process was a bit slow. Applied and didn’t hear for 2 months. Then spent 2 weeks doing about 4 rounds of interviews with different associates. Interviews were more conversational than traditional “interviews” which I appreciated. I felt comfortable with each person. Then didn’t hear for probably another 2 weeks. I was in touch with the recruiter and they were apologetic about the delays, so I was aware, but very drawn out overall
