The interview is pretty straightforward. After submitting application, had an initial call with HR. After that, there is a call for a Case study interview, which they email it to you and you are to prepare a presentation. They give you a time and date to come to the interview location to present to the hiring managers, etc.

Had three rounds of interviews. I thought the questions were all straight forward and the people I’ve interviewed with are all kind. No complaints on the interview process really. I liked the interview process at lot more than most companies

Online, several rounds including competency questions, case studies, group work and relaying answers within time constrains. You were supported if there were any technical issues, and they were forgiving about if your line dropped out

Videochiamata su Teams con due membri del team con cui poi avrei lavorato. La posizione aperta era per analista attuariale, ramo pensioni. Sono stati gentili, anche se non ero la figura che stavano cercando.
