It was a 3 and a half hour process starting with a welcome group of 2 people, then 3 30 minute interviews. That is followed by a 30 minute break, then 2 more 30 minute interviews.

Tell about a time when took the lead in a project or team.
The interview process was on Teams. The whole process is with some basic interviews questions by asking past experiences and some behaviours questions with two actuaries. The interview lasted for 30 minutes.
It was a Hirevue interview where they asked about 7 questions. After that, there were Hirevue two games that involved mental math and spatial recognition with different, spinning shapes. The Hirevue interview link came after applying about 5 minutes ago with my resume.
