Went for an interview with two team leaders/managers and they we arrogant and aggressive- glad i didn’t get the job! Run a mile from this hideous company I wouldn’t want to work for this shammbolic company

The interview was a mix of competency questions, strength questions and technical questions.
The hiring managers were nice, making the interview less challenging.
The process was seamless and response received quickly.

WTW had been quick to offer an interview. I found the interview relaxed style with some competency based questions and discussion around experience and different scenarios with customers and colleagues.
